School Trips

Trip permission slips are created to meet individual needs of the specific trip they relate to therefore there is no pro forma for this. Should you require a replacement form contact the school office, by phone 01380 870376 or by email admin@keevil.wilts.sch.uk and we will be happy to provide a replacement.
